After filing a complaint, based on your description of the complaint, we will inform you about the status:
· Whether the product can be replaced with a new one
· Whether the product can be refunded
· Or that the product needs to be sent to an authorized service center
You can exchange any product purchased through the web store for a new one or return it with a refund within 15 days of receiving the product at your address.
