When your item needs to be repaired, please check the documentation about the authorised repair shop that comes with your item and act according to the instructions provided.

If there is a malfunction of your item during the guarantee period contact the authorised repair shops according to the instructions provided.

If the ordered product is defective within 15 days of receiving the order, we will receive the returned device, diagnose the defect and make a replacement or refund. After the 15 day period the buyer is instructed to use the authorised repair shop according to guarantee terms and conditionsand instructions in the guarantee.

In addition to authorized service, every device purchased at Matins d.o.o. you can return in all our branches.
